Another idea...

So, this is a little violent. But, it should make you laugh. IT SHOULD!

Monster Kids: Bear Behind by Adam Wilmot

Panel: The Monster Kids are walking through the woods. Rey is leading the way. Peat follows him wiping his 'nose' with a tissue. Eugene follows him looking nervous. Ivy and Luna are at the back, struggling with a large map.

Panel: Same as above, only now we've 'panned out' a little to reveal that a large, ferocious bear is following the kids. It is up on it's hind legs and hulks over them, paws out and over it's head. The bear's mouth is wide open, fangs bared. The kids are oblivious to the bear's presence.

Panel: The Monster Kids have stopped and are looking about (although not behind them yet), aware that something is not right. The bear has stopped too, it still has it's paws raised over it's head and it's mouth is still wide open, but it has a puzzled look on it's face.

Panel: The kids are looking behind them now, some have turned around and are looking about. The bear is hidden from their view behind a large tree, and has a sheepish look on it's face, he seems confused by the situation.

Panel: The kids, satisfied that there is nothing behind them, set off again, Luna and Ivy linger a moment longer. Luna is shrugging and Ivy is looking at her. The bear is carefully peering around the tree, still out of sight.

Panel: The bear is following the kids again. Hulking over them once more. The kids are once again oblivious to it.

Panel: Again the Kids have stopped and so has the bear. The kids look about the again (again not behind them yet), their eyes dart about. Eugene looks scared and cowers a little. The bear is still standing over them, but again has a confused look on it's face.

Panel: The bear has hidden behind another tree, out of sight. Rey is shrugging to Peat. Eugene is visibly shaking. Ivy is shrugging and looking at Luna, who is frowning and rubbing her chin.

Panel: Once again the kids plod off. The bear begins to follow them again. All of the kids seem to be looking ahead once again. Eugene is still shivering, and is huddled close to Peat now. Luna has turned her head ever so slightly to one side. She is glancing behind her through slitted eyes.

Panel: Without warning Luna has spun around and is kicking the bear in the groin (the foot-to-groin 'contact' is hidden by the bear's leg). The bear still hulks over the kids with it's paws raised. The bear's mouth is shut tightly, and looks like it's whistling as all the wind is knocked out of it. But now it's eyes are wide and bulging, and it stares off at nothing. The rest of the kids have begun to look over their shoulders.

Panel: Now all of the kids have spun around and are looking at the scene. they all look suprised, Eugene can just be seen peering over Peat's shoulders. Luna stands infront of the bear pointing at it. The bear has dropped to it knees and is clutching it's groin in pain. It's eyes are now shut tightly and it's mouth is wide open as it roars.
Caption (Luna): Stop following us!

Panel: The kids are now walking off out of panel. The bear has fallen over, and is now laying on it's side groaning.
